As a lister or sellers representative:

I believe there is more to selling a home then just putting a sign in the yard and entering the homes information into the MLS.

Besides belonging to the our local multiple listing services, (35000 Realtors), I advertise in the local home guides, the local newspapers, magazines and offer the following additional services:

I will visit your home and will give you my honest opinion as to its marketability and its condition as well as provide you with a FREE Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). I will also offer suggestions to make your home more marketable. I am an expert in marketing homes and often have inexpensive ways to assist in making your home more presentable.

I am very well versed and a strong believer in the internet and will display your home on over 1200 internet sites. This I feel is very important to my clients because 79% of our local area buyers come from out of the area and without this exposure they would be missing out on this market. In 2012 90% or all home buyers reported that they viewed their home on the internet before setting the appointment to see the house.

I also believe in marketing to the neighbors both via flyers and personal visits because 21% of our area buyers come from referrals from friends or family members that live within the same neighborhood!

I make sure and speak with your buyers loan officer in great length before we accept an offer. There are far too many deals that fall apart due to buyer financing problems and approval letters that aren't worth the paper they are written on.

When buying a home:  

As an Accredited Buyers Representative I believe in finding my clients their dream home and not just any home. I understand the anxiety of the new home owner and try my best to make sure that they truly love the house that they are buying and not just settling for a house because they are anxious.

I will sit down and explain the entire buying process with my clients, from mortgages, attorneys, home inspections to closings and the title companies role. I believe there is more to being a professional Realtor then simply finding your client a home and I personally work with my clients through every step of the buying process.

I make sure that every buyer gets prequalified with a mortgage company before we go out looking. It can be a real heartbreaker to allow a buyer to fall in love with a home and later find out that he or she can not afford it and has been shopping above their means.

As a full time agent, I offer my clients around the clock service. With many two income families these days, I understand the need to make myself available to my clients at all hours, including evenings and weekends.

I can provide my clients with the latest neighborhood statistics with comparisons on everything from schooling to average family incomes.


I will market your home as per the above guidelines and at any time in the future if you are not happy with my services, I ask that you call me and give me 48 hours to correct the situation. If the situation is not corrected you may cancel our listing agreement. A written cancellation request is necessary.
