Help You Get Pre-Qualified
This step will show you how much you can afford. This is accomplished by speaking with your financial institution and establishing what monthly payments you will be comfortable with.
We will use every available method to locate a property that matches your search parameters. This will include properties listed with our office, offered through other real estate companies, as well as unlisted properties. We will disclose all known facts about the property that are likely to affect your decision. We will investigate the home sellers level of motivation and often can also find out how much they owe on their home. When we find the home that meets your criteria, We will assist you in writing an offer and act as a liason between you and the seller. We have all been trained to be good negotiators.
Home Inspection: We will assist you in referring you to a few experienced Home Inspectors, and will attend your Home Inspection with you, assist in explaining hte Inspectors findings, fax them to the attorney and assi1st you in any negotiations of the needed home repairs and/or credits.
Closing We will be with you every step of the way, right down to the final day of closing and we usually attend all closings, in case any home inspection issues, or contractual issues arrise.
